In the middle of a beautiful summer afternoon we find a typical colonial street, a little busy, with all the attention being drawn to a cyclist who is heading at full speed to his destination. The lights are flashing and a local on a corner of the street prepares his musical instruments to liven up the nightlife of Cartagena de Indias to the delight of national and international tourists.
