The two main philosophers of this school were Diogenes and his mentor Antisthenes. The followed simple rules like no need of possessions and bonding with nature in order to achieve happiness. Diogenes has left countless anecdotes for history books, he appears as an eccentric and a sarcastic man, living like a dog on the streets; everyone knew him in the Athens of his time.
The composition of this painting is divided in segments, mainly on cold colors and some warm too. Light and dark parts get the contrast desired in the painting.

I was born in Finland in 1983 and moved to Spain in 2014. In 2019, I began developing my artistic practice, initially focusing on figurative art before transitioning to abstraction in 2020. Through abstract painting, I explore freedom, intuition, and new ways of seeing.
My work has found homes with collectors across Europe and the United States, and I am grateful to be part of the ongoing dialogue between artist, artwork, and collector.
