This piece was inspired by amenorrhea,which is experienced by women suffering from anorexia nervosa.
I want to create public awareness through my art with tampons. The emphasis on being slim is making people suffer from anorexia thereby threatening their own life in order to satisfy social standards and acceptance

My work is simple and provocative. I blend my intellect and body to contribute with conscious energy towards these creative pieces that portray my desire to interrupt the stereotypes around gender, belief and race.
