Being a native of Aries, I am fond of reds, intense reds and frequently neglect the rich palette of blues - both as color and feeling. In this drawing, though, I was driven by sense of delicacy. I wanted both the body and the sunflower not to provoke feelings of obvious excitement in the observer but lead to one of the possible means of appreciating a female body: sweet enlightening.
