Felix Dicló was born in the Dominican Republic, where he attended the School of Fine Arts, the National University Pedro Henriquez Ureña (UNPHU) and Institute of Technology and System (TESIS). In 1994 he immigrated in the Unite States and is residing in Providence, Rhode Island.
