Using the website (For users)

To sign up on Artelista you just need to access www.artelista.com . Fill in the fields with your data and click on ‘Send’ (you can also create an account on Artelista by clicking on ’Facebook Connect’ if you have a Facebook account). If you are not an artist but you want to sign up on Artelista as a user to purchase and to enjoy art, click on the button below ‘Choose this option’. If you have defined your profile as ‘User’ and you already have accessed your menu, from that moment onwards and always if you want to, you can Log in to manage your data, your favourites and your purchases. You can Log in from the Artelista Home by clicking on the link you will find above on the right ‘Log In’ or through the link www.artelista.com/login.php

Select the original artwork or the print you want to purchase. You can buy online all the artworks that have the button ‘Add to cart” beside them. You need to be a registered user. Log in to your account and include the information regarding the method of payment, delivery address to proceed with the payment.

You will receive a notification message both on your e-mail and on your user menu / ’Messages’. You can view your purchases in ‘My purchases’ by clicking on the purchase you want to consult.

To print the receipt, log in to your account, go to ’Messages’ and click on the order you want to manage.

To print the Certificate of Authenticity, you have to log in to your account, click on ‘My purchases’ and click on the purchase you want to manage. Note that if you have purchased an original artwork, you will receive the certificate signed by the artist with the artwork.

If something goes wrong, you can report an issue through your account. Log in to your account, click on ‘My purchases’ and select the purchase you want to manage. Below you will find the option ‘Report an issue’ and by means of this form you can report us any problem or incident.

You have access to all your messages in the option ‘Messages’ you will find on your account. To see a message you just need to click on it. To reply a message you have the button ‘reply’ below.

If you want to change your e-mail and/or password, you have to log in to your account and click on ‘My data’. Above and on the right you have a sub-menu with several options; click on ‘Log in information’ to modify the data and click on ‘Save’.

If you do not remember your password, go to https://www.artelista.com/en/renew.php to reset it. Include the e-mail you used to sign up on Artelista and click on ‘Continue’. You will receive an e-mail with the instructions to set a new password. If you do remember neither the password, nor the e-mail you used to register on Artelista, you can contact us. We can help you, but we need some information as user name, possible e-mails you used to register on the site, etc.

You can include and/or modify your personal data through the user menu. In the tab “My data” you have to include the “personal information” and your “bank details”. The sub-menu on the right gives you access to other options of your user menu that are important to manage your account such as the “Access data”, where you can modify your access email and password.

It may be a problem related to cookies. Try to delete them from your computer and access the site by typing directly on the address bar www.artelista.com(instead of using a web browser – Google). We also recommend using Mozilla Firefox or Chrome instead of using Internet Explorer. Be sure you include the password correctly. If you don’t remember your password, go to https://www.artelista.com/en/renew.php to reset it.

To delete your Artelista account, access your menu and click on ‘My data’. Go to the sub-menu on the right and click on ’Delete’ tell us the reason so that we can improve our service and click on the button below. Deleting your Artelista account means that you will lose all kind of communication with us. You will not receive our Newsletter anymore and all your data will be removed from the site (favourites, orders and personal data).

You can choose the currency in which the prices of the artworks will display. You can also choose if you prefer to see the dimensions in centimeters or inches. Log in to your account, click on ‘Options’ and select the ‘currency’ and the ‘measure unit’ you prefer among the options offered, then click on ‘Save’.

Using the website (For artists)

To sign up on Artelista you just need to access www.artelista.com and click on "Free sign up". Fill in the fields with your data and click on ‘Send’ (you can also create an account on Artelista by clicking on ‘Facebook Connect’ if you have a Facebook account). If you are an artist and you want to show and/or sell you artworks, choose a domain (it will be the name of your personal site and cannot be modified once chosen) and click on the button below ‘Choose this option’. If you are not an artist but you want to sign up on Artelista as a user to purchase and enjoy art, click on the button below ‘Choose this option’. If you have defined your profile as ‘Artist’ and you already have accessed your menu, from that moment onwards and always if you want to, you can Log in to your account to manage your artworks and include your data. You can Log in to your account from the Artelista Home (www.artelista.com) by clicking on the link you will find above on the right ‘Log In’ or through the link https://www.artelista.com/en/login.php

Artists can upload their artworks by themselves through the user menu. Log in to your account (https://www.artelista.com/en/login.php), go to the sub-menu on the left and click on ‘Upload artwork’. Fill in the artwork form with the artwork’s image and data (red fields are mandatory if you want to sell your artworks through Artelista). If you want to sell prints, you should upload images with a minimum of 3 megapixels.

If you want to change any data of your artworks -price, technique, availability, labels, etc.-, access your user menu and click on ‘My Artworks’. You will find a list with all your artworks. Click on the artwork you want to edit. You will find a form with all the options to edit your artwork (there are mandatory fields to fill in). You can also delete, arrange or include your artworks in collections.

If you want to sell prints of your original artworks, you’ll have to upload high quality images of them. If it is a new artwork, include all the artwork data and after saving the information, select the price for the print and click on “I want to sell prints”. If it is an artwork you already had on Artelista, access your menu and in the section “My artworks” click on the artwork you want to edit. To change the image, click on “modify image / print options”. Upload the new high quality image, select a price and save the changes so that the print is available on the website. Images shown on the website are rescaled to 640x480, no one else but Artelista will have access to this image: the high quality images are stored and protected in a secure Amazon server.

You will receive a notification message both on your e-mail and on your user menu / ’Messages’. You can view your sales in ‘My sales’ by clicking on the sale you want to look up. You can check all the details of the sale: type of product (original or print), number of units, price, profit, etc.

If you have received an e-mail in which we inform you that one of your artworks has been sold, to know the steps to follow, access the section “My sales” on your user menu. Click on the order to have all the details (e.g. the artwork’s name) and the information of the first step. First of all, confirm the artwork is available, that you have access to it and that you begin with the process; to do so, please click on “Next”. Later, you’ll have to follow all the instructions we provide you with in the step 2: download the shipping tutorial, the Certificate of Authenticity and send us a picture of the package and its exact measures. Please note that you have 72 hours to prepare the package. Once you have the artwork ready for shipment (according to the photography tutorial), you’ll have to inform us about that by clicking on the button “Done”. After validating the package, we’ll begin to manage the shipment with one of our delivery companies (DHL, UPS, FedEx) in case we have negotiated rates. In case the origin and destination countries are not included among the ones we can manage, you will be in charge of managing the shipment (take into account that in both cases Artelista takes charge of the delivery costs).

If you have you received an e-mail in which we inform you that one of your prints has been sold, to know the details, access the section “My sales” on your user menu. Click on the order to have see details as the artwork print that has been sold, the margin for you, etc. You won’t have to do anything: Artelista will print and send the artwork. Once the customer receives the print, you’ll receive your profit.

If you want to contract one of the PRO services Artelista offers its artists, you can do it on https://www.artelista.com/en/pro-services.html or in your user’s menu. Go to “PRO Artist”, select the PRO Service you prefer and follow the check out steps. If you are not a registered user, you’ll have to create an account before contracting the service.

If you want to cancel the renewal of a contracted PRO Service, access your PayPal account and cancel the service before the invoice period finish.

Remember to ‘Save changes’ so that everything appears in your domain as you want.

It is not possible. If you have made a mistake while writing your name or the name of your personal site on Artelista, the only thing you can do is delete your Artelista account and open a new site with a new name. Please be aware that you will have to upload all your artworks and information again because they cannot be transferred automatically to the new account.

If you do not want other users and/or artists to comment your artworks or your artist profile, uncheck the option, ‘I wish to receive comments in my author profile and my artworks’ from your ‘Options’ in your user menu.
