'I see trees of green, red roses too, I see them bloom for me and you. And I think to myself what a wonderful world,' don't we all know the song? For this little painting I found my inspiration in the lyrics of this song apart from the Anne Geddes pictures.
She combines a new beginning combined with new beginning. Beautifully translated by her, through picture. I created this for my great great grand mother whom at the time was still alive. She loved it and had shown it to everyone who came to visit her. When she died I got it back so for that reason it is a special painting (20x20cm) to me. It reminds me of her.
But knowing the lyric it was based on, I think this is a painting has to be seen. New life, a new beginning so wherever it is about to go, it is a welcoming for its new owner.

'Veo árboles de rosas verdes y rojas también, las veo florecer para mí y para ti. Y pienso para mis adentros qué mundo tan maravilloso,' ¿acaso no conocemos todos la canción? Para este pequeño cuadro encontré mi inspiración en la letra de esta canción además de en los cuadros de Anne Geddes.
Ella combina un nuevo comienzo combinado con un nuevo comienzo. Bellamente traducido por ella, a través de una imagen. Creé esto para mi tatarabuela que en ese momento todavía estaba viva. A ella le encantó y se lo había mostrado a todos los que venían a visitarla. Cuando murió lo recuperé, por eso es un cuadro especial (20x20cm) para mí. Me recuerda a ella.
Pero conociendo la letra en la que se basó, creo que es una pintura que hay que ver. Nueva vida, un nuevo comienzo para que dondequiera que vaya, sea una bienvenida para su nuevo propietario.
