Que corresponde al Estado de Honduras, enaltecer, honrar y distinguir a personalidades nacionales que representan y honran la cultura nacional en el mundo.

Nombrar al Sr. Johnny Mcdonald Sauceda Castillo, como Embajador Honorario del Arte y La Cultura de Honduras.
