This enchanting coloured pencil drawing captures the magical atmosphere of a sunset. A lone bird sitting on a branch lends the picture a touch of life and solitude at the same time. The sky shines in a colour spectrum of warm yellows, oranges and pinks that gently blend with cool blues and greens. This vibrant palette creates a harmonious, almost dreamy atmosphere reminiscent of impressionist paintings.
Born 1967 in Zurich, Switzerland, first exhibition 2003, in 2006 I began to paint oil colour on velvet. I like to play with the structure from the velvet. There is a special effect on the painting with velvet.
