La definición literal de ese termino es "cabeza salvaje que vuela".

Suele ser una sirvienta o una mujer de un burdel.

El origen parece ser chino o del Sudeste asiático.

En internet he encontrado alusiones a un tipo en cual alargan el cuello y otros que simplemente separan la cabeza del cuerpo literalmente (absorbiendo la sangre o fuerza vital) y si su cuerpo es movido la cabeza no puede volver a su lugar.
