“El colorido viaje de la vida” es el título de esta obra de arte y trata sobre los altibajos que acompañan nuestra vida, como las olas del mar. Esta enérgica pintura brilla con energía y muestra la belleza de una vida larga e interesante. El cuadro consta de múltiples capas de pintura, principalmente con los colores de mar, el azul y turquesa, pero también con rosa, azul y amarillo, aplicadas con espátulas sobre el lienzo. Algunas partes se trataron con papel de lija para volver a fundir las capas inferiores con la superficie.
“The colorful journey of life” is the title of this artwork and it is about the ups and downs that accompany our lives, like the waves of the sea. This energetic painting sparkles with energy and shows the beauty of a long and interesting life.
The painting consists of multiple layers of paint, mainly the colors of the sea like blue and turquoise but also pink, green and yellow, applied with spatulas on the canvas. Some parts were treated with sand paper to melt the lower layers with the surface again. It gave me a really good feeling looking at it while I was painting it and hope you will get this feeling as well.
