Artwork description

This work is inspired by the work of Jean-Michelle Basquiat. I tried to imagine how he would have painted if oil painting had been his preferred medium. Maybe he would have painted like that if he had stayed with us longer. I have always been fascinated by the statements, the strength and the choice of colors in his work and I would like to pay tribute to this fascination with my work.
