This rich artwork is part of of a two panels. it shows a strong female figure surrounded by flora and fauna from different landscapes (tropical, lake and desert scape). The flat background has a fruit patter (resembling watermelon seeds) contrasts the greens and blues tones of the foreground. There are shape and line dynamics to evoke movement and depth.
Please note that the artwork was part of of panel meant to be wardrobe doors. To reinforce the thin wood panel, there is a thicker flat wooden stick at the back. Due to this you will find two nails in the front -one by the black area, and another in the blue bird wing, they are both cover in colour.
