Artwork description

Collection that highlights the symbolism of human connection through the use of minimalism, geometry, and the handling of empty space to convey a deep emotional message, using the simplicity of the elements to express a profound sense of isolation and reflection.

In my piece titled "Eva," I aimed to capture the struggle women face in today's society, while not forgetting the past. The scene depicts disordered and fallen chairs, symbolizing resistance, chaos, and the ongoing fight for equality. The disarray of the chairs reflects the historical struggle of women to carve out a place in a world that has often tried to silence their voices.
The presence of an upright chair amidst the chaos represents the strength and resilience of women, standing out as a symbol of hope and determination, reminding us that despite the obstacles, women continue to rise and reclaim their space.
The play of light and shadow highlights the duality of the struggle: on one hand, the darkness that represents injustice and oppression, and on the other, the light that suggests a brighter and more equitable future.
