A central figure similar to an open gate (large door) in the shape of an arch, inside it, in the central part includes 8 figures in the shape of ten-pointed stars of the same size of the following colors: gradient orange, gradient dark red, on the left side 5 stars of the same shape, size, the same colors and on the right side another 5 stars of the same shape, size and colors, highlighting that these 18 stars in total each have an optical effect.

The space that is inside the gate there are 9 stars equal to ten points larger than the previous ones and maintaining the same size, which are distributed 8 in the central part forming a circle plus 1 star that is inside this circle formed to a total of 9, each has the following colors: red gradient at the ends, orange gradient in the center also includes optical effect.

The figure of the gate ends on a horizontal straight line of medium thickness red color.

Una figura central semejante a un portón abierto (puerta grande) en forma de arco, adentro del mismo, en la parte central incluye 8 figuras en forma de estrellas de diez puntas del mismo tamaño de los siguientes colores: naranja degradado, rojo oscuro degradado, en la parte lateral izquierda 5 estrellas de igual, forma, tamaño, los mismos colores y en la parte lateral derecha otras 5 estrellas de la misma forma, tamaño y colores, resaltando que éstas 18 estrellas en total tienen efecto óptico cada una de ellas.
