'Paradise' is an expression of that sublime and awe inspiring feeling one experiences when faced with the magnitude and ethereal beauty of nature. I created this work during my first few months in a hill station called Udhampur in Jammu and Kashmir, India. I was inspired by the scale of the mountains and scenic landscape. In 'Paradise', as in some of my other works, I have attempted to evoke that same sense of wonder and peace that I experienced through the scale of this painting as well as its perspective. The viewer is invited to look up at the view from the base of the valley.
'Paradise' is made with the highest quality of materials. All materials used are artist quality, lightfast and archival. The canvas is gallery wrapped and I have painted the edges of the canvas as a continuation of the painting. Please note that this artwork will be shipped in a tube.
Tvesha is inspired by the beauty and vibrance of colours that exist in nature.
