Artwork description

I used oil paint for the paintings before. For the last 2-3 years, however, I’ve been very fond of acrylic paint. I love the bright colors. I work on stretched canvas, which is why there is no need to frame it separately. Can be placed on the wall immediately.
What inspires me in painting: I am very touched by the depiction of nature. I love all seasons. I love all times of the day. Each has its own mood.
The moonlight has always touched me since I was a child. I hope it’s not just me that has such a magical effect. The resting boat evokes thoughts in us. Where is your master? When will you return for the boat to swing back on the water? /Stretched canvas/

Artist information

My name is Ibolya Való. I was born in 1958, in a Hungarian town, Nagykáta.

I spent most of my childhood drawing and painting. After completing my studies, I became a technical draftsman and a textile pattern draftsman.

During the various stages of my professional life, I have always returned to oil painting.

More than 45 years have passed since I first grabbed a brush.
