4 - It's a long way

Es el cuarto dibujo sobre fotografía de la serie.

Me encanta tomar fotografías durante mi paseo junto al mar, principalmente del mar mismo; sin embargo, también me siento atraído por la costa, donde uno puede encontrar rocas escarpadas con formaciones y estructuras sorprendentemente intrincadas. Estas maravillas geológicas sirven como base para mis esfuerzos artísticos. Me concentro en crear composiciones de primeros planos que desdibujan los límites de la perspectiva y la escala, lo que me permite transformar media una ilusión óptica un pequeño segmento de roca en una cadena montañosa completa al dibujar a pequeños excursionistas en la fotografía.
Para dar vida a estas visiones, tomo una fotografía de la formación rocosa y la imprimo en papel de dibujo de aprox. 200 g de grosor. Luego dibujo las figuras con lápiz y tinta, lo que hace que cada obra de arte de esta serie sea única.

I love taking photographs during my seaside stroll, mostly of the sea itself, however, I also find myself drawn to the shoreline, where one can encounter rugged rocks with astonishingly intricate formations and structures. These geological marvels serve as the foundation for my artistic endeavors. I focus on creating close-up compositions that blur the boundaries of perspective and scale, allowing me to transform by an optical illusion a small segment of rock into an entire mountain range by drawing tiny hikers into it.
To bring these visions to life, I take a photograph of the rock formation and print it on approx. 200 g thick drawing paper. Afterwards the figures are drawn with pencil and ink on it, making each artwork from this series unique.
