David se vistió con la armadura del rey Saúl, pero al no estar acostumbrado a utilizarla, pues era pastor, se deshizo de ella y se dirigió al campo de batalla solo con su honda.
David vencedor de Goliat supone un símbolo del valor que tienen el tesón y la voluntad férrea desarrolladas frente a un enemigo en apariencia muy superior.
Grafito sobre papel tintado con negro y zonas de tierra de siena tostada.
