The apple stands our for its fiber content, for its ability to satisfy appetite, for its high water content (85%) and for being low in calories. The apple is a fruit that i find very comfortable to take anywhere. I don't need to peel or cut it. In addition to being a food to accompany my meals as a unique piece, in snacks and lunches, it also pairs very well to accompany salads or meats. And you, di you like apples?
