Keeping the television off is just needed, media manipulation is insidious and harms our mental health. The headache is impossible to bear after reading the news, so much stupidity is overwhelming. The lack of critical spirit takes over every inch, it is unbearable.
I appreciate this little respite that is to enjoy your artworks and the genuine energy of all the artists that I follow on instagram.

El dolor de cabeza es imposible de soportar después de leer las noticias, tanta estupidez es abrumadora. La falta de espíritu crítico se apodera de cada centímetro, es insoportable.
