Artwork description

This practise work is dedicated to my beloved companion, Mango, whom came to visit once the pandemic restrictions were eased for a small amount of time, back in 2020.
I wanted the clouds to help give dimension to the background while also being representation of the pandemic months lingering. In addition, I layered colour to create a hidden self portrait and a furry coat for the cat.
