The Rainbow within us The Rainbow has always conveyed joy and a sense of amazement when it appears when it appears in the sky after am abundant rain. It's appearance marks the calm after a tumultuous and frightening storm. In the collective immaginario, the Rainbow represents hope , cosmic harmony. The beauty of colours their harmony and combination.
In Tibetan Buddhism the "rainbow body" signifies the awakening of the inner self to complete earthly knowledge which can be accessed before stepping beyond the threshold of the state of Nirvana.
