Eduardo Carneiro was born in Rio Cuarto, Cordoba, Argentina in 1949. Resident-Patagonia Argentina Neuqun Studies School of Fine Arts-Mendoza graduated in 1974. Professor of Drawing, Illustrator, Artist / Writer provincial and national exhibitions since 1971 to date. Lecturer at School of Fine Arts Neuqun from 1985 to date.
