Es el lamento de una justicia impotente, derrotada y vencida por los desmanes de gente sin corazón, de aquellos pocos que han tenido el poder en sus manos y no han respetado la justicia, resquebrajando el orden de derecho y provocando que la impunidad y corrupcion reine en el pais, torciendo todo a su favor, su único objetivo: saciar su ambición desmedída.
