Evans Fodrini born in Maldonado in 1960 and in 1975 go to the Studio` Manolo Lima`s teacher. He went there until 1979, since 1975 he participate the in all the samples´studio. His compromise with the art. he has gone to expose in famouse galleries, Nationals and Internationals.
