Born in Caracas Venezuela on 04/12/1939. Margarita impeached in Edo. Nueva Esparta since 2000.Economista, artist, amateur photographer and Cultural Promotion. He began to study painting at the end of 2002 at The Art Studio of Arthur Miller.
