La Iglesia de Guayacán es un templo católico ubicado en Guayacán, en la bahía de La Herradura, de Coquimbo, Chile. Fue erigida en 1889 por una empresa belga y posee una estructura exclusivamente metálica. Fue declarada Monumento Nacional en 1977.


Constituye el centro del poblado de Guayacán, que durante el siglo XIX giró en torno a las labores de la fundición de cobre de Urmeneta. Su diseño estuvo a cargo de Alexandre Gustave Eiffel
