sirena, tomada de la mitologia de chiloé, en actitud de tristeza por la posibilidad de la construcción del puente sobre el canal de Chacao, que uniria la isla de Chiloé con Chile continental y con ello todo el avance avasallador de la industria, el comercio y la explotación de los recursos naturales, en la isla de Chiloé, la que como toda comunidad con cultura y costumbres unicas, es aplastada por la modernidad en este proceso globalizador y globalizante.

Artist information

Mauro was born in Santiago de Chile on July 14, 1966. Has 20 years experience as a painter, studying, researching and teach the trade. Has developed extensive experience in graphic design, which has enriched the design, creation and mantencin of web pages, as webmaster. Also, in the field of theater, film and television, it has played in the creation of set designers, and fictitious corpreos as artistic director.
