Luis Vargas Santa Cruz nació un 27 de febrero de 1981, diseñador gráfico egresado de la Universidad Loyola del Pacífico; Artista Visual que se ha desempeñado en fotografía, literatura, video, edición digital por computadora, performance, instalación, dibujo y pintura. Ha llevado también a cabo trabajos dentro del cómic, animación, multimedia, ilustración digital y tradicional.
