Born in Chicago, Ill. in 1965. She grew up in Saltillo, Mexico with her loving family. A dedicated teacher, who has learned as much as she has taught. She is at home at the mountains living among the Huicholes Indians (North of Jalisco, Mexico) which she did for five years before accepting her current teaching position in HISD.
