SIGNIFICADO:
Fué el ´mandala q menos disfruté al pintar...e inconsciente aparece el color negro entre otros colores...Negro: muerte, limitación personal, misterio, renacimiento, ignorancia. Y las formas geométricas:
Triángulo: agua, inconsciente (hacia abajo); vitalidad, transformación (hacia arriba); agresión hacia uno mismo (hacia el centro)
Estrella: símbolo de lo espiritual. Libertad. Elevación.
Círculo: movimiento. Lo absoluto. El verdadero yo.
Hay técnicas variadas, todo dependerá del tu estado de ánimo y de lo que el mandala que desees pintar te transmita. Si crees que necesitas ayuda para exteriorizar tus emociones, puedes colorearlas de adentro hacia fuera; si por el contrario, quieres buscar tu centro, píntalas de afuera hacia adentro.
