Song of myself
“ Celebrate myself, and sing myself,
And what I assume you shall assume,
For every atom belonging to me as good belongs to you.....
When I work with poetry the necessity to take the brushes and to unfold it in visual images, emerges. In 1998 for the first time the "Song of myself" by that "Beautiful Old Man Walt Whitman" (Oda to W.W., F.García Lorca) got in to my hands. Since then images have been generated inside me, getting matured, awaiting to be captured. They have grown with me waiting for my body to reach Whitman´s age at the time he wrote his song.
I begin this eternal traverse, without creeds, schools or philosophy.
“…My left hand hooking you round the waist,
My right hand pointing to landscapes of continents and
The public road…”
