Rolando was born ena Caimital Nicoya, Guanacaste Costa Rica. A native of Bataan. Lemon.

15 years devoted to figurative painting, preferably within the oil technique, but also works on acrylic, watercolor and drawing.

It has been part of the teachers who have art to different communities through the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports of Costa Rica.

His training as a self-taught artist began and then receives lessons in the House of the Artist in the 90's....
