Francisco Jose Alvarez Flores was born in Santiago on March 23 of year 1955, mechanic teacher mother and father. Whoa grows in the neighborhood and studied at the Scuola Italiana. Cursun year of architecture at Catholic University of Valparaiso, and in the year 1974 entered the School of Fine Arts at the University of Chile.
