Palomeque Virginia City was born in Buenos Aires (Argentina) on 17 January 1961. From small workshops attended drawing and painting, until he entered the Escuela Nacional de Bellas Artes Manuel Belgrano and in 1989 obtained the title of National Master Drawing. It passes through expressionism and realism, and his work is distinguished with its own personality. His works captivate the viewer, not only for its gambling issues, but also by force and the use of color in its genuine purity....
