Un acercamiento de las mujeres que, vestidas de blanco, en honor a los caídos en el movimiento estudiantil, fueron a la manifestación en la Plaza de las Tres Culturas, de Tlatelolco, a exigir al gobierno de Díaz Ordaz, el cese de la represión y como respuesta, recibieron, junto a los demás manifestantes, vendedores ambulantes y transeúntes, la mayor represión de la historia en la era moderna de nuestro país, justo doce días antes de la inauguración de los Juegos Olímpicos, como una muestra de lo que es capaz el sistema contra los que no se alinean con él.
