Contraposición de materiales, un barrio formado entre 1872 y 1910, motivado por la remodelación del cerro Santa Lucia (Huelén), contra una construcción que data 1972 teniendo como objetivo la 3ª conferencia mundial de las naciones unidas. Formando ambas un nicho.
