CELSO DOURADO born in 1960 in Barreiros (Lugo).
At the age of 8 years in an accident which amputated both hands, made to mark both its existence and the work itself.
He studied art in Madrid, Lugo and A Coruña.
Exhibited regularly from the 80's and works as an illustrator in some plublic.
