Os Bancos emprestam dinheiro "virtual" e nunca dinheiro próprio, o que fazem por lhes ser permitido emprestar 12 vezes mais do que os seus fundos próprios com recurso ao autofinanciamento inter-bancário. Não é de estranhar pois que quando os cseus clientes falhem o pagºs os bancos ficam com falta de Liquidez para cumprir os seus próprios compromissos e entrarem em insolvência e/ou falência. Being an Economist he has always worked in the Finance and Estate areas. He is a self-taught man in both plastic and visual art.
He was a journalist and wrote for different newspapers.
