Julio E Briceno B was born in Panama in 1964. He studied journalism and since 1986 works as a political cartoonist in the newspaper La Prensa, the nation's capital. He has published two comic books and three times won the National Prize of Journalism Cartoon Forum. In 2001 he was sued by a former vice president, who called for the pittance of a million dollars in damages. Has held four exhibitions in his country, three of his caricatures and one of his paintings, and 1 to July 30, 2009...
