Este lienzo representa la escena del libertador Simón Bolívar a su paso por los andes peruanos en la localidad de Choquehuanca.

Artist information

Born in Cuzco on June 4, 1890. He died in Lima on July 15, 1972. University study in the Faculty of Arts at the Universidad San Antonio Abad del Cuzco and then at the Faculty of Arts at the San Marcos University in Lima. It stand with the thesis "of Peruvian art" on the basis of pre-Columbian textiles and CERMI. The party published in New York in 1917 where he lives for 14 years. Exhibits in New York and Washington and then travels to Paris where he made the first exhibition of Peruvian art...
