Born in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Complete a Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology from the University of Puerto Rico, Medical Sciences Campus. She graduated from the University of Puerto Rico of post-graduate studies where he obtained the degree of Master of Science in Medical Technology.
