Obra inspirada en el mito chilote de la sirena, la que esta en una actitud de suma angustia y miedo ante las boyas de cultivo que han venido a cubrir casi la totalidad de la superficie marina dañando la estetica de un paisaje natural. Esta pintura se realizo usando la técnica del claroscuro en óleo sobre tela siendo sus dimensiones de 50 X 70 cmts.

Artist information

Mauro was born in Santiago de Chile on July 14, 1966. Has 20 years experience as a painter, studying, researching and teach the trade. Has developed extensive experience in graphic design, which has enriched the design, creation and mantencin of web pages, as webmaster. Also, in the field of theater, film and television, it has played in the creation of set designers, and fictitious corpreos as artistic director.
