born 1949 in Asuncin, Paraguay; estudiarte in the center of Brazilians with Asuncin studies, with the engraver brasileiro Livio Abramo and Olga Blinder, from 1968-1972; ocupvarios positions in Campo Grande, Brazil of 1988-1998 (including director of Contemporary Art Museum); realizvarios exhibitions in Paraguay, Argentina, Bolivia and Brazil and ganvarios major awards, lives in Pedro Juan Caballero, on the border of Paraguay and Brazil , where he is professor of the university.
