19 years a native of Durango, Durango, Mexico, the fourth semester student of the Bachelor of Visual Arts at the School of Painting, Sculpture and Crafts, University Juarez of the State of Durango, began sculpting in wood at the age of 14 years, receiving the teaching of master sculptor Daniel Simental Almaraz (his father).
