D. Josefa Ortiz de Domínguez (1768-1829)
Nació en la ciudad de Valladolid (Morelia). Estudió en el colegio de las Vizcainas en la ciudad de México. En 1971 se casó con D. Miguel Domínguez funcionario del gobierno virreinal. En 1808 llegó a Querétaro con su esposo. Ella participó activamente en las conspiraciones para lograr un gobierno que diera mayor participación a los novohispanos
