Nato nell\'allora centro di Bari (1938), i miei primi ricordi sono legati a molteplici tentativi di tradurre le mie impressioni di vita in varie forme plastiche: tutto mi sembrava potesse essere tradotto e detto con l\'ausilio di tecniche pittoriche, scultoree e tante altre da inventare.
Fin dai primi anni dell\'adolescenza, dopo la fine della seconda guerra mondiale - i bombardieri americani rasando i tetti dei palazzi nel fragore possente dei motori -, già conoscevo i più grandi...
