Hipolito Romero Hidalgo, born Almadn, Ciudad Real, Spain, on June 16, 1956. Hipolito, an engineer Technician of Mines and the past few years has concerns about the sculpture, composed of remnants from the trash, and begins its journey to exhibit his works in the municipal gardens of several City Council Sewage plants Murcia.
