Fiesta popular en Casabindo en el altiplano jujeño. Se celebra el día 15 de agosto en honor de la Patrona de lugar, Nuestra Señora de la Asunción. El toro tiene una bincha adornada con monedas de plata y el "torero" que logre alcanzarla queda como éroe y en agradecimiento se la ofrece a la Virgen. Consiste solamente en capear al toro y es por lo tanto totalmente incruenta.
